I had a great(10 out 10), house-selling experience with Ms. Lisa Radding. She was professional, well organized, fun-to-talk-with and elegant. My compliments are fundamentally built upon her principles, dedication and commitment. I lived in my house for more than 7 years, our community is famous in local for its gorgeous amenities, however, it’s under valued in the market because it is forbidden for non-residents wandering around. We call the community ‘hidden gem’ in Los Gatos. We plan to sell our house in April 2024, so we interviewed several experienced candidates. Lisa easily stood out with detailed introduction about my house, the community, the neighborhood. More than that, she presented solid pricing strategy on a beautiful marketbook. She did thorough research for our first meeting, she knew the value of this ‘hidden gem’, showed best sincerity. We decided to hire her as our seller agent right after the meeting. She layout out detailed selling procedure with steps, things like external deep clean, moving furnitures, internal deep clean, painting and fixes, staging and advertising, listing on MLS, open house for realtor network, open house to public, collect offer, offer negotiation, accept offer and close. For each step, she listed the main driver, starting and ending date&time, cost&spending, potential risks and issues, etc. After this meeting we had a clearly defined plan in mind. The project kicked off on the next day. At each step, she worked independently without our monitoring, delivered excellent work and results. We accepted an offer in 8 days, house was closed in early June. The timing was perfectly, flawless right. Our collaboration was frictionless from day one to the last. I can write them in days, here I just want to list couple of highlight moments that Lisa impressed us. 1. Staging. Lisa exactly forward our staging style to stager contractors. The furnitures are all high quality, styles are consistent, layout are high class. Everyone will love the house at first sight. 2. Pricing. Lisa kept watching market, her suggestion make the close price even higher than our best expectations. 3. Communication. She always asked our opinions about uncertain issues and unexpected errands, we are always aligned without surprises. 4. Elegant, good manner, warm heart. Lisa is the professional you want to work together in the office, she is also a friend you want to hang out after work. She cares us like family. Thank you Lisa for everything, we will miss you. She is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out.
