She did thorough research for our first meeting, she knew the value of this ‘hidden gem’, and showed the best sincerity. We decided to hire her as our seller agent right after the meeting. She laid out a detailed selling procedure with steps, things like external deep clean, moving furniture, internal deep clean, painting and fixes, staging and advertising, listing on MLS, open house for realtor network, open house to public, collect offer, offer negotiation, accept offer, and close. For each step, she listed the main driver, starting and ending date and time, cost and spending, potential risks and issues, etc. After this meeting, we had a clearly defined plan in mind. The project kicked off the next day. At each step, she worked independently without our monitoring, delivered excellent work, and achieved results. We accepted an offer in 8 days, house was closed in early June. The timing was perfect, flawless, right. Our collaboration was frictionless from day one to the last. I can write them in days, here I just want to list a couple of highlights that Lisa impressed us. 1. Staging. Lisa exactly forwarded our staging style to the stager contractors. The furniture is all high quality, styles are consistent, and layouts are high-class. Everyone will love the house at first sight. 2. Pricing. Lisa kept watching the market; her suggestion made the closing price even higher than our best expectations. 3. Communication. She always asks our opinions about uncertain issues and unexpected errands, and we are always aligned without surprises. 4. Elegant, good manners, warm heart.
